Welcome to the October 2022 edition of our newsletter! Scroll down to see what we’ve been up to:
Marketing Event
Our chapter hosted yet another successful marketing event at Cox’s Driving Range with the help of our sponsor, Sam’s Hot Dog Stand of Blacksburg. Vice President of Marketing Jamie Pantas, the marketing chair, and the marketing committee planned the event on a beautiful fall day, bringing brothers and their friends together for mini golf.

Fall Festivities
We’re excited to be implementing more brotherhood events this semester! This October, brothers gathered to watch football and participate in a potluck, and it was a big hit! Thanks to Ani Gokul Raj for hosting, our members were able to kick back and enjoy each other’s company. Later in the month, some Delta Epsilon members went to Sinkland Farms to get in the Halloween spirit. We’re looking forward to more events like this in the future!

Prospective Member Retreat
Each semester the prospective member class has the opportunity to spend quality time together on a retreat! Planned by the prospective member coordinators and Vice President of Human Resources Sofya Dutil, prospective members had two days of bonding activities and fun at Lake Anna in Virginia.

October Brother of the Month
Nominated by the chapter, Jack Allen is October’s brother of the month! This month, Jack has kept busy preparing 15 of our members for the PSE Regionals competition in November. Along with this hard work, as VP of Administration Jack has worked diligently to bring our chapter to gold standing. This is a great accomplishment this early in the year! Thank Jack for all you do!
